President's Corner: 2023 Strategic Initiatives
Each year, I take a look back to reflect on the past year. I am proud of the the success we had in 2022. I review the 3 strategic initiatives that we accomplished including:
- ISO 27001 Certification
- Inventory Control
- Process Optimization
Additionally, I talk about the 2 new strategic initiatives for 2023 that we will focus on:
- Digital Transformation
- Project Streamline
There is a lot of excitement surrounding 2023. We are looking forward to working on our new strategic initiatives, seeing the change in the workplace, and continuing to work with great clients!
