Questions & Answers

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?

I would choose to be a saw. The goal of a saw is to quickly and precisely remove extraneous and unnecessary material. Nearly every project is just a request to cut to the core needs of a customer request and to minimum complexity as much as possible with the goal of delivering a simple, but robust, deliverable that fulfills the client's needs.

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

I work on improving the accuracy of my time estimations so that others have a better understanding of my availability and I am more likely to hit my deadlines.
