As a NetSuite Administrator, I work with employees at all levels to streamline their processes and enhance their experience within NetSuite. I have over three years of NetSuite experience that have built the foundation for my NetSuite knowledge. Before my journey with NetSuite, I was refining processes and solving problems within my previous roles at Sigma Design as a Software QA Engineer and Firmware Engineering Intern. I leverage my technical background to find creative solutions to issues as they arise in NetSuite.

How do you make people laugh?
I don't have a list of jokes in my back pocket, so I usually rely on my lived experiences. Life is crazy and it sure can lead to great stories and laughs.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
A tablet of some sort. They have access to unlimited information and are easily portable compared to PCs. I'd never become bored between reading books, downloading apps, and gaming.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I have an ongoing One Note for each day. This allows me to create to-do lists and highlight action items or important deadlines for the day. The best part is returning to work the next day knowing exactly where I left off from the previous day.
