Chrystal Staley

MFG Line Supervisor

With a career spanning diverse roles within Sigma Design, I am continually learning and thriving in this innovative and inclusive culture. Starting in the Machine Shop as a Shop Assistant, where precision meets productivity, I developed a familiarity with machined parts and my role transitioned into Quality Assurance Assistant. My determination and inquisitive nature drove me to pursue more, leading me to the Supply Chain Department as a Material Handler. I was introduced to a multitude of materials, encountering invaluable resources, and this experience opened the door for me to be accepted into the Manufacturing Department as a Line Supervisor.

I enjoy working with a diverse and motivated team, the integrated processes we have in place ensure our holistic and innovative experts can deliver solid and appealing products that exceed the client's expectations.
