If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I would be a multi-tool. Adaptable and able to get the job done in just about any situation.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I triage incoming requests and tasks. Anything which can be handled quickly without major interruption to what I am currently working on gets handled right then. Everything else goes on my todo list with a follow-up reminder. This keeps my todo list as short as possible and tracks everything so it is not forgotten.
