Corporate Secretary and Treasurer
With a background in banking and finance it was only natural for me to become the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer at Sigma Design. After 14 years as a stay-at-home dad, I reentered the work force in a part-time shipping and receiving role in 2010. Since then, I've held various roles in the administration and finance groups at Sigma Design which led me to my current position of Corporate Secretary and Treasurer starting in 2023.
This role allows me to draw on my finance background and attention to detail as I spend my time preparing and filing corporate documents, managing board meetings as well as ensuring that our financial policies, procedures, and transactions meet the goals of the organization and the regulatory agencies.
When I am not at work, I love getting outside in the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest where I was born and raised. I enjoy camping, golfing, and discovering new restaurants with my wife and 2 daughters.

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I would choose to be a Swiss Army Knife. The Swiss Army Knife can assist in so many tasks. While not every implement is used on a daily basis, it is nice to know you have them when the need arises. Plus the bright red color with the white logo is a classic look.
