The majority of my 26 year engineering career has been focused on New Project Introduction (NPI) activities, initially as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer, then as a Manufacturing Program Manager. Along the way, I also functioned as a Quality Manager, establishing and maintaining an ISO9001 certified Quality Management System. Helping launch a variety of complex electro-mechanical devices worldwide, and standing-up manufacturing lines both domestically and overseas, I have a deep appreciation of the complexities and challenges of taking a product from concept to reality while maintaining a customer/quality focus along the way.

Multi-Tool, as I have a lot of diverse skills and experiences.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I like using a "CMO" table (critical, major, ordinary) to catagorize issues and track them to completion.
