How do you make people laugh?
I find people are more inclined to laugh when they are enjoying desserts, so I like to bring in baked goods to keep the mood light and positive. What's better than laughing while you have a cookie?
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I'd be kitchen tongs. They are incredibly versatile - they keep you safe, the help mix things together, can be used to grab things just out of reach. They are precise and allow you to get only what you need. They are adaptable - they come in variety of shapes and sizes to suit the task at hand and are flexible enough to accommodate a lot of different jobs. They are simple and straightforward, but highly effective.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
The Tasks app in Microsoft Teams and Outlook has streamlined my task management and organization. I am able to create and monitor a to do list and keep up to date by flagging emails and chats for follow up. Being able to assign due dates and see them at a glance is helpful for planning out my day. I love the flexibility of being able to update them both at my computer and on the go on my phone.
