How do you make people laugh?
I like to deliver a small sarcastic quip when things get a little tense. I find it helps us refocus and focus on the problem and not the tension.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
A Leatherman multitool. It's always around and can tackle just about any job you throw at it.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I like to automate tasks that are frequent and don't need a lot of input but just need to be done. The process of writing the automation also teaches about the process you are automating a lot.
