I've worked for Sigma for a little over 2 years now and still have my horizons broadened on a daily basis. The amount of accumulative knowledge all my colleagues bring to the table continues to astound me. With a background in Manufacturing my mindset is very process and production driven, which I believe adds to the versatility of our team to provide a wide range of skills and services for our customers. How do you make people laugh?
I use my life experiences to engage and relate with coworkers, especially my screw ups. If you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at? lol
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I'd definitely be a hammer. Be it driving hard into processes and procedures, or tapping in all the fine details I'll get the job done.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
The utilization of Andon signals for any stop in workflow. Communication can make or break the outcomes of projects.
