Questions & Answers

How do you make people laugh?

I've learned to embrace levity during intense moments on our projects, a lesson I picked up in military school. There's something uniquely effective about turning a challenging situation around with a well-timed joke, especially when it's directed at a misbehaving machine.

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?

I'd choose to be a Software Defined Radio (SDR). SDRs embody innovation, using software to achieve what once required hardware changes. This would allow me to flexibly communicate across the diverse languages of engineering disciplines - ensuring that I can find the right frequency to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients alike.

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

One of my key productivity tools is Toggl Track, which I rely on for precise time tracking across the diverse projects I support. This tool is essential for ensuring accurate billing for clients, as it provides a detailed record of time spent on each task.
