In my 21 years of experience, I have directed cross-discipline engineering teams, and I understand the importance of a cohesive and collaborative team approach. How do you make people laugh?
Combination of quick witty responses and funny stories often making light of human experiences especially my own personal stories. Life is too short to not laugh about all the things we’ve done or that have been done to us as humans.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
That’s easy, a multi-tool! I always travel with a multi tool, no matter where I am in the world, I’ve always found the need to fix something from a busted toenail after climbing a mountain to fixing a broken toy to avoid a toddler meltdown. I love that it fits in my pocket, is human powered and can always be relied on to solve a variety of problems.
