How do you make people laugh?
When you are under a lot of pressure and something doesn't go right, it is time to take a minute and laugh to change the direction of your attitude and mindset. Quite often you will find another solution once you have lowered you stress level a bit and had a few minutes to reorganize your thoughts.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I would have to say I'd be a tool box, I have been collecting tools my whole life and when I need a different tool I just open another drawer and find what I need.
