Questions & Answers

How do you make people laugh?

I'm a smarta$$ with a dry, occasionally dark, sense of humor.

It can take a bit of getting to know me before people realize I'm joking and am not generally a very serious person. If I'm joking with you, it means I'm comfortable with our relationship and consider you a trusted colleague.

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?

I guess you could say I'm like a Swiss Army Knife or a well stocked toolbox- always ready to tackle whatever comes my way with a bunch of handy skills and knowledge at my disposal. I'm adaptable and versatile, just like that trusty pocketknife / toolbox that's got a tool for every job

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

Procrastination, often viewed negatively, can serve as a valuable productivity hack. Taking a strategic pause from tasks allows your mind to work in the background, subconsciously mulling over solutions and refining your approach. This downtime can lead to new ideas and solutions when you return to the task at hand, often saving time and effort.

Procrastination can also be very effective at empowering others to solve their own problems. By resisting the urge to constantly jump in and solve everything myself, it fosters independence and growth within the team. This not only saves me time and mental energy but also encourages a culture of ownership and accountability. In the long run, this approach leads to a more efficient and empowered team.
