Senior Engineering Manager
As a Engineering PM Manager, I both manage a team of 4 other Project Managers as well as role up my sleeves and get involved in large scale projects for our clients. I have over 5 years of experience at Sigma Design, and over 35 years of product development experience that spans the consumer electronics and military equipment sectors. My specialty is in high volume product design, that requires integrated development teams of different engineering disciplines to bring it all together. My background is Electrical Engineering, but over the years I have developed a depth of knowledge also in Firmware development, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Control. At Sigma Design, I get to utilize all those skills across very diverse projects to bring innovative solutions to our client base.

I'd be a widget. Widgets can be defined as anything that is needed.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
Standardized PM schedule templates that allow me to quickly use what is needed for a given project and that can be easily tailored to the project.
