I serve as a member of the Executive Team and responsible for oversight of Sigma Design’s Operations at Headquarters and the Singapore office. This includes providing strategic direction to the HQ Operations department, as well as the Singapore Corporate Functions, Operations and Engineering departments.

How do you make people laugh?
I enjoy not taking things too seriously. I’m always looking for opportunities to have fun with my colleagues. Whether it's through our Culture Club activities or random joking moments. I’m a goof, laughing makes everyone’s day better!
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I’m an Oxyacetylene Torch. A versatile tool that can be used anywhere to light various objects on fire. A mainstay heat source for preparing, joining, forming, cutting and the occasional hot foot to get things moving.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
Attending an hours-long TEAMS meetings with only myself, look profoundly serious with an occasional sigh or nod for effect, and try to get stuff done.
