I left college as a mechanical engineer before getting a very wide range of experiences, including high and low-volume consumer electronics, bio-medical, petroleum, and suspension design. I have been a part of many projects from the initial concept all the way to customer delivery and support. I enjoy seeing the strengths of each team member reflected in the final product.

How do you make people laugh?
I try to keep things light and keep everyone engaged and laughing. Knowing people's hobbies helps me relate the current situation and problems into something more relatable and fun.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I would be a welder. I like the idea of taking many different parts and joining them together in a new and novel form.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I try to identify the most important tasks and focus on them first. The rest seems to fall into place when a good foundation is laid.
