Questions & Answers
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I would be duct tape. My entire career has revolved around picking up new technologies and skills on an ad-hoc basis then building them together in new and creative ways.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
In addition to a Kanban board, I'm a huge fan of the Eisenhower Matrix. Being able to classify work with importance and urgency makes distinguishing my priorities much easier when there are multiple projects requiring my attention.
