As a recruiter, I excel at recognizing transferable skills and take pride in pairing individuals with roles that suit them best. I thrive on the challenge of finding the perfect match for a role. It's a good thing I love puzzles, because recruiting is a lot like solving a puzzle, where every piece matters and sometimes it's hard to find the piece you need. I love that each addition to the team brings value to Sigma Design and our customers! In addition, I'm passionate about ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
I have years of experience working with people and enjoy building relationships with my fellow employees, clients, and candidates. If I'm not at work, you'll find me hanging out with friends and family, cooking, traveling, or working out on my Peloton.

How do you make people laugh?
I think it's really important to have fun at work, so I like to crack jokes, tell funny stories or add a well-timed gif or meme to a conversation.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I'd be binoculars! Binoculars help you see things that are hard to identify and far away. In my current position I'm always seeking to find the right candidate, broadening, or narrowing my scope, and identifying skills that might not be seen at first glance.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
Alt+Tab to toggle between open applications! I'm always working with multiple browsers and applications open at a time and use this keyboard shortcut to multitask and view pertinent information quickly without even moving my mouse.
