Jarrett Jusko
Engineering Technician
As a Jr Process Engineer, I love finding new ways of doing the same task. With 12 years? experience in manufacturing, I've come to love the art of Keizan and apply the practice to everything I do at work and outside. My partner and I love to be outside, on the water or in the mountains. I bring my creative skills and my curiosity to the office every day. What interests me is the range of projects we work on, the job is not about how fast I can build something, but how my contribution works with what the team is doing. This understanding allows for a seamless path forward, with open communication and without trying to over engineer one aspect to disrupt the rest. With the wide range of projects comes many new teams and perspectives, this allows for growth in many positions on the team.
