Questions & Answers
How do you make people laugh?
I'm not usually the first to crack a joke, but if someone gives me material to work with I try to respond jokingly in return. I'm very festive in regards to themed events and Holidays. That may not be funny, but it can often make people laugh. I'll wear clothes on theme or fun socks for a specific event. Halloween is my favorite Holiday and I've definitely made people laugh with a costume or two. My Weird Barbie costume was a big hit!
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I would be a rotary tool. Specifically the Dremel brand, because a good brand means they are recognized and trusted. At first glance, it may look like a normal tool, but it has hidden talent and is extremely versatile.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
My favorite productivity hack is using Categories in Outlook. For example I use the green category for "To Do" and purple for "Waiting for Reply." This allows me to glance at my inbox categories and quickly see which emails I need to focus on and in most cases complete a task before responding. I remove the emails from my inbox once I have completed the task. Keeping the emails in my inbox that I need a response on allows me to easily follow-up at some point if needed. In some cases I will use the follow-up reminders but I don't want to completely depend on them.
