Questions & Answers

How do you make people laugh?

HR can be a tough department to work in, laughter with my team is what gets me through those hard days. Sarcasm and not taking life too seriously are my preferred methods of comedy. But the most important aspect is to always know your audience.

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?

Though I am not very mechanically inclined, I do enjoy cooking. Thus, if I were a kitchen tool, I would probably be a chef's knife. Much like a chef's knife, I strive to be versatile, adaptable, and efficient in various situations. Just as a chef's knife is essential for a wide range of cooking tasks, I aim to be adaptable to different challenges. Additionally, like a well-maintained chef's knife, I strive to remain sharp and precise in my interactions and problem-solving abilities.

But don't forget, if not handled properly, I'll cut you! :)

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

Outlook To-Do and OneNote are my go-to task and organizational tools that I can't live without. To-Do keeps my tasks organized by categories as well as priority, with the ability to set reminders and due dates. OneNote is my security blanket with the ability to quickly document notes, conversations, tasks, etc. without having to remember to hit Save.
