My professional background, going on 10 years now, has always been payroll, and it's a job I am very passionate about. Although most assume payroll to be routine and tedious, there are always things going on behind the scenes; puzzles to solve, and ever-changing laws and regulations to keep up with. It requires lots of attention to detail so I feel that it keeps my mind sharp, and I get much satisfaction in ensuring Sigma Design employees are paid accurately and on-time.

By not taking things too seriously and just being myself.

I would be an exacto knife because they are so sharp.

Avoid cutting corners because it usually results in more time and work in the end.
