Schuyler Ryan
Hardware Test Engineer
I have an educational background in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, and an occupational background in Electrical Engineering. I've always been drawn to debugging, testing and integration, and have enjoyed great success in a technical lead role. I've been involved with projects in consumer electronics, aerospace, power systems, and medical devices. I believe that my diversity of experience pairs well with my thorough and detail-oriented nature, enabling me to test systems to the fullest extent. Outside of work I enjoy snowboarding, biking, reading, chess, and playing music. Always looking to meet new people to bike and hike with!

Questions & Answers
How do you make people laugh?
I am always looking for openings to make witty remarks and deliver one-liners. I'm a sucker for some good wordplay. I often like to make fun of myself because then you can get away with just about anything.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I'd be a torque wrench because I can exert force, but never too much.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
Starting out Monday morning by writing out all the tasks I need to complete for the week and alloting them to particular days. It feels amazing to start with a big list and whittle it down.
