I joined Sigma in 2007 as a Technician and have since had the opportunity to wear many different hats across Operations. As Director of Operations, I am fortunate to be involved in nearly every project at Sigma Design at some level. From supporting Engineers on exciting new R&D projects, to providing Test & Validation services, and performing assembly of prototype and production builds, my team encompasses a vast breadth of skills and capabilities.

How do you make people laugh?
My brain is always spinning, seeking ways to make the most of a situation. If I find something funny, I will be sure to share (when appropriate). Witty remarks are my favorite tool for making people laugh.
If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?
I'd be a hammer, whatever the project - you're gonna need a hammer. Admit it, you need me.
What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?
I have a spreadsheet for just about everything. They are a simple, yet powerful tool for organizing, planning, prioritizing. I love lists, and a spreadsheet is a multi-dimensional list.
