With over 20 years of experience across product development, program management, sales, and marketing, I’ve had the opportunity to drive innovation and strategic transformation in both high-tech and manufacturing industries. I’ve led the development of high-value technologies, from miniature passive components to advanced sensor modules, bringing products from concept to mass production and generating millions in revenue. 

I thrive in environments where I can bridge technical innovation with market needs. I’ve guided engineering and operations teams to meet aggressive cost and timeline goals, secured major contracts, and helped disruptive technologies gain market adoption. I’ve also spearheaded international marketing campaigns, built high-performing sales teams, and launched products in emerging sectors including IoT, mobile imaging, and advanced wafer packaging.

How do you make people laugh?

I try to find humor in things that happen to me. It alleviates stress and helps to connect with people.

If you were a tool or piece of equipment, what would you be and why?

I'd choose to be a plow as I like to pave the way for things to grow, get things done and move obstacles out of the way.

What's your favorite productivity hack or time-saving trick?

I love making lists. It enables me to organize my thoughts, prioritize and then strike things off once done.
